ReplyDeleteMy wife made the mistake of admitting to me at the grocery store that she has never heard Shatner doing "Mr. Tambourine Man" or "Rocket Man."
ReplyDeleteShe hasn't even heard Nimoy doing "The Ballad of Bilbo Baggins".
Time to educate her...
It's funny, but his latest CD, "Has Been", is actually pretty listenable. It's The Shat doing spoken word with some music people (Joe Jackson, Henry Rollins, Ben Folds) and it actually works...
