The first and last names on these charts are taken from real Old West gunfighters. Obviously you might want to change Samuel to Sam or add a colorful nickname like Warren "Mule Poop" Rockwell. Lady shootists were in short supply in the 5 minutes I spent on research, so here's the rather brief results:
d10 first
1 Ann
2 Elizabeth
3 Jane
4 Josephine
5 Laura
6 Maybelle
7 Myra
8 Pearl
9 Rose
0 Shirley

I have drawn three pieces today, and this -- with no hint of irony or
self-deprecation -- is the best of them all.
I'm extremely jealous. I ran a short Boot Hill scenario last spring to lackluster interest. I love Westerns and can't wait to see your spin on things.
ReplyDeleteVery cool! We used a random chart with First and Last names for Cowboy types, City Slickers from back East, Apache / Sioux, and Chinese names. :)
ReplyDeleteNice, I keep trying to rope people into playing BH to no avail.
ReplyDeleteWhat would be even sweeter is a random nickname chart.
ckutalik: Nicknames will be incorporated into a cowboy-themed Deck O Stuff. Stay tuned.
ReplyDeleteHa! I see Porter Rockwell in there: Brigham Young's assassin. Nice.
ReplyDeleteI definitely want to be Hendry Ford, or Jesse Helm (did those names really just happen to line up like that?).
ReplyDeleteThey did! I caught Hendry Ford but toptally missed Jesse Helm.
ReplyDeleteI'm Davis Clayborn, #22. That's a rad name
