I loved this movie when I was young. It got a lot of airplay on Showtime, probably around '81.
ReplyDeleteI was so enthralled by this movie that I carefully split open several walnuts to fashion space-seed necklaces just like the ones worn by the heroes.
I wanted to share the wonder of this movie with my cousin, and as it began, I gave her one of my special necklaces. About 10 minutes into the movie, she turned to me and asked, "So, they're supposed to kill the bad guys with their nuts?"
I was crushed.
Man...I gotta see this movie.
