Yes, I did find it. One of the users at What the Font identified it almost immediately as Herkules. Big thanks to Some guy named Sam for sending me to them!

I just used one of Dieter Steffmann's fonts to create the title for my blog. There's so many great designs up there, I may just wind up cycling through them every few weeks.
