The psionic undermutants of the Planet of the Apes cartoon do not like it when the Primate Army camps over their realm, so they use their psychic juju to conjure up the illusion of a King Kong sized skull shooting fire out of its eyes and mouth.

DeleteI'll have to think about it. I only ever watched the first episode of the Radiskull. I'd hate to do research. Maybe I'll just write it up based on the Rector from Dungeon Siege, but with the "real sharp teeth" added.
