Where can I sign up for the Kitchen Sink Coalition?

I fail to see how that wouldn’t be the greatest political faction of all time. Regular earmarks are for infrastructure and boring local initiatives. KSC earmarks would be for Bear Cavalry Laser Mount Research. I am so down for this.
I am sorely tempted to put the Kitchen Sink Coalition piece on a t-shirt. Too awesome!
