I created a place where all Player Character's (including yours) from all gaming campaigns (including yours) cool their heels until its time to make their appearance. it's like a colossal "Mall of America". I even ran a GURPS game there once as several "PC's" from different genre were recruited to perform a mission at the PC replacement center itself.
I've used the PCRC for the last 25 years. and never had a problem, i figure if my players can suspend belief enough to buy Orcs and Wemics then the PCRC aint that much of a stretch.evildmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11365812717229067172noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7652921.post-1146839083836444972006-05-05T09:24:00.000-05:002006-05-05T09:24:00.000-05:00Stuart, you are a sick bastard. ("Gain 18 Charisma and a keep" is the text in the DMG, if I recall correctly.) The DM ruled that my guy was locked in the deepest cell of my own castle's dungeon... forever.Jeff Rientshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17493878980535235896noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7652921.post-1146775535059237522006-05-04T15:45:00.000-05:002006-05-04T15:45:00.000-05:00So... I can't help thinking of the character as being stuck in a time loop - having the Deck of Many Things sending him back in time to the troll.

I don't know why.

Anyway, I think the solo adventurer method could also work well in our game given certain situations.Stuarthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06319443832578685630noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7652921.post-1146764970462593502006-05-04T12:49:00.000-05:002006-05-04T12:49:00.000-05:00I prefer the Brevet-PC and Prisoner methods.I prefer the Brevet-PC and Prisoner methods.Jeff Rientshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17493878980535235896noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7652921.post-1146764512675146582006-05-04T12:41:00.000-05:002006-05-04T12:41:00.000-05:00So what are our options? So what are our options?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
