My initial thought was that Inefficiency and Incompetence ratings listed which cards you were NOT allowed to go on, but that was a stupid and clumsy idea. The more cards you have in your inefficiency rating, the less inefficient you are. It seems like it should be the other way around.

A solution (if it is something that needs to be "solved") might be to rename the mechanic to efficiency rating. But I like the fact that ship's are rated by inefficiency rather than efficiency. That just doesn't seem to be the truth of the mechanic at the moment. The Rubberduckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12585052552943070379noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7652921.post-31441267737714306422011-09-07T21:12:13.539-05:002011-09-07T21:12:13.539-05:00Ok. have followed you for a long time, must chime...Ok. have followed you for a long time, must chime in on this topic.

You have devised the most accurate simulation of naval warfare that I have ever seen.

I am smiling as I type this, but I am completely serious. The inefficiency mechanics and unreliability seem like they might cut tactical decisions down to a manageable number per round.

Verification word:
mutinese

Is there a mutiny mechanic?Zak Sabbathhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08812410680077034917noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7652921.post-59028521748892744842011-09-07T10:15:39.604-05:002011-09-07T10:15:39.604-05:00In my dream world alternate universe Bob and Alex ...In my dream world alternate universe Bob and Alex Ross are brothers.Legionnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7652921.post-55769368985783219122011-09-07T07:47:09.667-05:002011-09-07T07:47:09.667-05:00This is sounding more and more fun. This is sounding more and more fun.Simon Forsterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01243845335993440168noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7652921.post-40704023930623922832011-09-07T07:35:46.654-05:002011-09-07T07:35:46.654-05:00It's super-simple.
